Administrators will only have access to the shared Agenda in Media Manager. Click on the Agendas tab under Content.
Your agenda will show, and to view it, click on the "edit" button.
You can rename, add more media, and tag a category to the agenda.
*An important item to remember is that the media and the category that you add to the agenda must already be tagged to the Group that you are sharing the Agenda with. If not, the Agenda will still share, but the content will be missing, so users will want to make sure that content is appropriately tagged as such.
To enable users to see this agenda, slide the toggle to the right.
To lock the agenda so users cannot edit, slide the toggle to the right.
And of course, click save!
