Administrators can now create user segments for bulk associations to be used with the Notifications and Microlearning features. By creating segments, you can target a specific user group for focused communications and on-time learning modules.
Begin by navigating to the User Segments section in Media Manager. To begin creating your segment, tap "Add":
Users will be asked to name their segment. From here, you can start to determine which users can be added to the segment by choosing from the provided filters. Users can filter by region, role, group, distributor, or individual users:
Include or exclude users by tapping the "select" button under each attribute. Users can clear out their selection by tapping on either the "Clear included" or "Clear excluded" options to the right of each attribute, or clear all attributes by choosing the "Clear everything" button at the top of the page:
To view the users in your segment, scroll to the top of the page, and tap on the "View" button. A modal will appear that shows you the users in your created segment.
Now, Administrators can use these user segments when sending out Notifications or Microlearning Courses to app users.
