Tap the "+" sign in the color badge to start adding your tags to your tag category:
Tap "Save" to retain your tag categories and tags.
Once your tags have been added, locate your asset item in Media Manager either via the folder structure within Manage Content or in Media Library to tag the media with the chosen tag from the dropdown:
Managing your tags:
Users can relocate established tags from one category to another. This can be done one-by-one or in bulk by tapping the "Move Tags" menu option:
Once tapped, tap on the tags you want to move (they will highlight with a grey circle), and then navigate to the Tag Category pick list:
Pick the Tag Category you want to move the tags to, and tap the "Move" button.
Users can also move tags in bulk by tapping on the checkbox and tapping the "Move" button once your Tag Category has been chosen. If you change your mind, that's OK since you can just tap on the "uncheck" box which will remove the highlighted tags from being moved:
Remember to tap "Save" when you are done!
Users can also delete tags in bulk. Repeat the above steps, and then choose the "Delete Tags" menu option:
Again, remember to tap "Save" when you are done!
Merging tags is one file option to assist with tags management. To merge tags, tap the merge tags button:
and then tap the tags that you want to merge. They will be highlighted with a gray border:
Tap the red "Merge" button to the right and then finally tap "Merge" in the confirmation pop-up. The tags will be merged and any content in the app will be searchable with the new tag that has been combined.
