Our CEO, Orrin Broberg, previewed Customer Microsites in his recent article and your response spurred us on to get the feature finished and live for all of you.
When the new functionality is rolled out, there’s nothing you need to do to activate it. Customer Microsites will simply replace the way content shared from the app displayed in the past with a new microsite interface for your buyer that groups content together and includes a discussion area.
NOTE: This will not take effect for our customers with custom branded follow-up landing pages in their app. We will work with each of you in this circumstance to roll out this new functionality.
We have created a simple one-page introduction and instruction PDF for you to share with your sales reps, dealers and distributors using Modus. The change is simple, but we hope it becomes a powerful driver for buyer engagement with your sales reps. This is Phase 1 for Customer Microsites. Please share your ideas for additions and improvements you’d like to see in the feature. Our best ideas come from our customers using Modus to get sales done.
We hope Customer Microsites help your field and channel reps find a new “temporary normal” with remote selling as they continue to serve your customers.
